"No rule shall be made..." rules are silly.
This proposition adds nothing new to the game, and I personally find it unnecessary. I trust that if we don't support the exchange of silver coins for points, we won't vote for rules that allow it.

As Mokina said, it would really add nothing to the game and "No rules shall be made..." are really rather silly in my opinion.
