Amend prop 16

"Any player with a Nomic score greater than or equal to zero shall receive 10 silver coins each time one of their proposals is passed."

I propose the number of silver coins awarded be ammended to 5 upon the pasage of this amendment.

the proposals look like they are going to pass. There will be a period of time between the passage of the prop. and the amendment. I just wanted to get the ball rolling.

Abstain pending the actual passing of the proposal.

Does this take into account their score before or after it was passed. Say Joe has a score of 0 and creates a Proposal, bringing him to -1. When the Proposal passes, he will be at 1. Does he receive payment?

I would personally say no, but I think this is for the Judge to decide. Or maybe an clarification amendment.

I would say he would earn coins at the same time he earns points. Thus, he would still be at -1 when he would earn anything, so he would only get the points, and not the silver. But that;s just my interpretation.

concidering amending to:
"If the passing of a prop. would cause a player to have zero of more points, they gain 5 silver coins"

That would clarify it.

This amendment passes 3 to 1

However, the amendment is still unclear.
