Rule Proposal 3: Use of Emoticons (FAILED)

A player may not fill his/her page full of emoticons. Any proposal that has that will automatically fail.

I really don't see this being an issue. No point passing useless Propositions and filling up our site with bureaucracy.

I honestly don't see the point in this. No one has ever made use of even a single emoticon in a proposition or amendment yet. That's a running total of 4 or 5 Nomii that I've played so far. It's a useless rule that serves only to give it's creator a couple points.

Right. We get soooooo many of those, now don't we? Frankly, even though I hate to admit it, every Nomic game dies of disinterest, and there are rarely more than 4 continually participating players. This rule will never have to be enforced, and it only serves to add another string of bureaucratic red tape. But go ahead and pass it; I'll still get a point, along with animo, but the rest of you just get another rule.
