Touchy Maintenance Things

I figured as the administrator of this thread,I'd create a thread for things that need to be fixed/made better/altered. These can be dealing with the game or the site, but I ask that proposals are made for game maintenance and just requests for site maintenance.

One thing I think we need is a separation between church and staterules that deal with Nomia and rules that deal with basic game principles. Separating current rules would be easy, but a way to split up future proposals would help as well.

I was thinking we could somehow do N Proposals, which would be Proposals that pertain to Nomia.

Another thing would be a system for custom titles, and the basis for them. I'm thinking a system similar to MS's, but with smaller post requirements.

If I ever get up the energy, I may draft a few proposals.

I'm proposing that we lock the Failed Proposals forum and the Passed Legislation forum. Especially the first one.

I see no reason for people to be posting in there.

I'm also editing the Council Hall thread, since moderator nominations are over.

What about Duke/Duchess stuff?
